Here I am after the operation for my hernia. Even during the recovery I followed the project and today I can show you some completed models and some wips! Also tomorrow we'll launch the pledge manager, we are refining it and we were waiting a bit in order to show as many render as possible!

Hi guys, this is Axia, we are not slowing the pace of the kickstarter, there is a lot behind the scenes happening in order to deliver you the best stretch goals! Well, tomorrow I'll have an operation for my hernia (seems that was the problem of the pain in my back), so I will be slowing down a bit, leaving heresylab to deal with everything, so please be patient if answers will be slow for some days! We are also working on the pledge manager in order to open it asap with final prices for the add ons. But now on the cool stuff:

A big thank you is necessary, your help got us the highest contribution KS since we started. We are at work to complete last models and provide you with the models. 

What is next?

Pledge Manager is coming, I am working on it. It will com via Pledge manager as usual. This may take a few weeks please bare with us and be patient.

After the pledge manger is completed before releasing it we will give you some dates and facts to make it an easy experience. 

Musts and Contact

We must enforce again how important it is to follow our updates, we only have this method of getting in touch with you all for any issue or update. The alternative are emails and we hate to send spam if not necessary. IT S YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THE UPDATES!

• Pledge Manager Obligations. We will give you all plenty of time to setup the pledge manager, and all models will be finalized before we close it. Strong of our 20+ delivered Kickstarters we now need to set some rules. Once up we will set a date to complete your pledge manager. Why we do this? We bulk order the production of your models. Prices and costs are based on your order, if you fail to complete it we may not have enough models to fulfill your orders and we may incur in extra costs.  Do you loose your funds if not completing the PM? No you wont, but the credit will be given to you as a voucher to spend on our online stone. No exception will b done.  
• Shipping. Due to the CORONA emergency be aware that shipping times are delayed, hopefully it will be back to normal by the time we ship this KS. Priority Mail will have a non online tracking. All pledges sent via courier will be provided with tracking on the pledge manager. Once mailed you will gt notifications by Crono Post about the status of your parcel, and I will provide you links on how to track it based on your nation. Again hate to stress this out is your responsibility to follow the package and make sure you collect it. If not collected the package will be mailed back to us, and we will charge you again for shipping if not collected. We lost thousand in sending new orders just in 2020 because they were not collected and returned. Why we ask you to track? Well seems like couriers don't like to leave notes for non delivery. Last of you put the wrong address on the package, if lost or not returned we will charge you for both the models and shipping if you want your pledge.

He is gonna be a foot sergeant of the infantry, better armed but still a angry commoner, brutal and efficient!

Update

It has been a long week for us, I got to admit we did not expect such a rapid growth and participation, this left us a bit unprepared. But we are catching up... 

Giuseppe and the other artists have been at work all week trying to get the new models planned and sculpted. If you know Giuseppe you will know he will not seek shortcuts, this is why we are first making sketches of what exactly we are seeking before starting the 3 modelling phase.

Additional Weapons

The additional weapons for the Templars, these will not only fit our models but will go well even on other modes from bigger companies. 

And the The additional weapons for the Order of the Flaming Lys,

The Mounted Knight

The model is progressing, and we will post some images as soon as we can get them. Be prepared if you like these models, the knight will be impressive. 

The High Matriarch

Also coming soon, we are working on it,  I have a personal interest in this model as this piece concept was done by one of my favorite artists. 

Braun the Bounty Hunter

I am sure this model will not delude you, and is an anticipation on the quality you will get on the above models.  As said before Giuseppe is not rushing to make the models, and I believe it can be seen. This is the basic T-Pose and soon we will have a picture with him posed. 

Banner Bearer

now completed at 99%, Giuseppe is still not 100% fond on it, and fixing minor details that should give even more character to the model. 

The Reliquary / Shrine

Still early WIP, as we are still defining the final look, but you should get an idea of what to expect. 

I can't wait to s the actual 3D render for them. 

And yes :) it will be amazing. Even is it is early to get an exact quote, we estimate that the model will have a KS price of 10/12€ each. 

Not many updates?

It's true in all our Kickstarters we gave daily updates, but with the past KS, we have learned some lessons that we now want to implement in this project. 

1) Unlocked models - No rushing the last models, quality and research of the perfect piece must be preserved. All unlocked models even if not previously planned will undergo the same design process and research in detail as the original ones. Giuseppe got injured last week, but he is not giving up and following each new piece step by step on a daily basis. 

2) Size - We are now printing all models before sending them to the production line to test if they are scaled correctly. As you may have noticed a few pieces in the past campaigns were off scale a bit. Now scale is testing has become one of our priorities.
