Good morning! After a long silence due to a very busy period we are happy to show some of the master prints of the models! They look very nice!

Hi guys, today a quick update about email answers: heresylab is a bit slow in answering the emails due to family problems, so they will keep answering even if at slower pace. This does not affect the production or the works on the next ks in any way, don't worry. Just needed to give you an heads up about this matter. Thank you for your patience.

Good morning! As written in the title the citizen line turned the first year! It has been an amazing growth and a learning experience, we have learned a lot and we are still improving thanks to your support! It has been a ride but we are getting ready for a new one, thanks to our new team that has worked hard and is getting more and more tested and refined. To say thank to you below we'll show a preview of what's coming next!

PRODUCTION STARTED: yes we have already started the production, after a period of checking the files (we want to avoid problems as much as possible) the caster started the moulding, we'll send you pics of the master models asap!

STL RELEASE DATE: due to several red flags we have received from other manifacturers about groups of people that illegally re-sell and share the stl files, we have decided to release them toghether with the physical models (or very close to them). Unlike other companies we don't want stop selling the stl but we have to protect ourselves and the interest of our private customers and shop owners ones, so having files (and consequently printed models) being sold around even before the release of the models is a big threat to the life of the line. Since the sale of physical models is our main product we can't allow that especially considering that the purchase of stl files are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. We are studying new ways of defending ourselves and consequently you backers that spend money to support us and help the city grow.

PREVIEW OF THE NEW WAVE: as anticipated the new wave will be centered mainly around the "silent district", so we are working both on new warbands and citizens figures that lives (or better, survives) there, here the new preview! 

And as a final threat, here there is a pic of couple of citizens in another city that is very alive and real! Follow @picassawi on instagram, he is creating a real city with amazng skills and he has started painting some citizens too to add to his table! Soon he will show us more!

31ST AUGUST DEADLINE LAST CALL! FAILING TO COMPLETE THE SURVEY WILL CAUSE DELAYS

Good morning guys, we are doing this update in order to communitcate with the remaining backers that still haven't completed the survey (less than 15% of the total). As written in the previous  updates we had to shorten the deadline due to covid warnings about shipping delays that we have received from the caster and from couriers due to the general situation happening all over the world. We don't want to repeat the delays and blocked packs (like australia) situation that has happened during the lockdown. For this reason we are forced to anticipate everything by two weeks in order to deliver models in time and and before the next kickstarter. So please hurry up. If you can't add more models now due to payday happening after the deadline, don't worry, there will be another kickstarter later this year! 

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU DON'T COMPLETE THE SURVEY IN TIME: your models will not be included in the current batch of models and will be shipped when we'll order the next bacth, something happening after 3 months or so. Please hurry!

WHAT IF YOU ALREADY CLOSED THE SURVEY: you don't have to do nothing except tell your friends to hurry up and enjoy the next updates!

NO PANIC!

The email was sent to all backers by mistake, so if you got the email it doesn't mean you missed the pledge manager. Please forgive me if I will not respond to panic emails... over 200. If you don't get a response you are good to go. 

Also the deadline is the 31st. But for small changes, address changes, or last minute upgrades we have time. We need to provide caster with numbers by Monday. 

I need to apologize for slow responses and bad coms.

Unfortunately last week my wife got informed that her father is very hill after he went to a week hospitalization, this not only is hurting us and her family, but it requires our support both moral and physical, this is the reason I have less time to reply to the emails at the moment. I am catching up on them, and all requests will be replied and fixed.
