Weird things are happening in the city! People are disappearing, and voices of dead rising are spreading, ancient figures are seen walking around while the pious and honest workers of the Dead District try to perform their duties. But fear not, since rumors of an escorted merchant caravan coming from the east is coming to the city and brings help! Come and see the preview of the new kickstarter:
Citizens of the Old World 3: Witchfire & Sword ! This wave will see two new warbands and more citizens, scroll to see an example of each of them!
First of all another citizen! At great request next kickstarter will have more civilian figures, you guys loved them and so they are back! What figure set in the Dead District would you like to see?
The first warband is the undead one! First we start with a cool model: what is better than a vampire? An ancient wight vampire!
And last but not least: wha this warband will be? Write your guess in the comments!

Please do not panic
I got almost 100 emails after last update, please be patient.
1) If you ordered 7 or more miniatures, you will get tracking number in Backerkit.
2) Priority mail is not out yet, good news tomorrow we will get the CN22 forms from the printer.
3) Last packages got delivered today, we are rushing to send last parcels out.
4) Mistakes, broken, or other issues, please do not write now wait the 22nd of December.
5) We always fix mistaken orders, damaged or ruined items.
One backer sent 4 emails in 3 days, expecting an immediate reply. I apologize if we did not answer immediately, we will get to you. Several emails only cause more confusion for us, and may end in another mistake. Being rude also does not help :) we are here to assist you and we will. We are not a corporate, is two people running everything.
Our priority now are:
1) Sending AU and CA orders out by Thursday to avoid any further delay.
2) Identifying orders not exported by Backerkit
3) Sending merged orders from Citizens and HK1 Kickstarters.
4) Replying to people who got INDIRIZZO ERRATO or MANCATA CONSEGNA email from poste.it.

The only way you will get a response to issues is to use the dedicated email.
Writing on our FB page, using our other emails, using Backerkit, or Kickstarter messages will probably result in a non answer. Sorry not trying to get rude. But we need a single location messaging to avoid sending multiple packages to the same backer like it happened last time. Please bare with us we are doing our best!
Broken, missing or miscast parts?
We will handle them right after the holidays, these will go via Priority mail, and sending them now is almost impossible due to COVID restrictions, and mail issues. We will start collecting data from the emails in a few days anyhow , and ship what we can.

Apologies for the double update, I know is annoying.. but since we are getting back a lot of nice comments, we wanted to start sharing our next project that will follow this one.
The plan is an early February Kickstarter...
Lets see how many of you can guess what races will be the new ones coming.. all I can tell you for now is that there are more than 40 new models and some extra surprises...

We are slow in replying emails
We are replying but have a back log, we are giving precedence to backers having issues with package delivery. We are getting several "wrong address" notices even if the address is perfect. I guess holidays and COVID are also causing major disruption.
Canada and Australia
Package to Canada and Australia are leaving Wed/Thu as we are waiting on the remaining 8 packages to be delivered to complete some of the orders. No matter what by Thu we will have both packages in the mail and will send a second batch of packages as soon as we get the remaining 8 allowing us to send them.
All other packages sent
All remaining packages have been sent, or will hopefully this week. Some will be sent when we get the last 8 packages that went missing and now stuck in customs for a week. These contain a few models we need to complete some of the orders. If you don't have a tracking on Backerkit yet do not panic, it may due to the fact above.
Priority Mail Italian Postal System Issue
90% of the packages using Priority Mail are ready to go, but we can't send. The Italian post office enforced the use of CN22 custom labels starting the 1st of December, not a big deal, but the post office don't have any CN22 labels available, we took the 50 they had available, but we have almost 200 missing.
I contacted the printing facility and having them printed my self but is tacking a few days, more updates are coming.
Priority Packages may be sent early Jan as even courier packages are having issues being delivered. I hope this is acceptable and we will take the blame for it.
A bit of a nightmare
Well holidays and COVID are making things hard for us, but we are mailing as fast as we can. Over 800 packages got shipped, as you can see they are being delivered. But we have 450+ sitting in my living room (with my wife angry at me as she can't make the Xmas tree)
Be assured we will ship as fast as we can... more updates coming.
Problems with miniatures and packages
We already got 3 emails, 2 are for defected models. We are not ignoring you, we are waiting on last 8 boxes and to get all of the remaining out of the door before sending replacements, please bare with us, we are doing this to avoid confusion on our side.

Shipping notices
You should get (if you ordered 7 or more models) a mail from Poste Italiane both in Italian then English with the parcel number. In case of missing person to deliver or wrong address.
INDIRIZZO ERRATO states wrong address.
If it does please contact me and I will give you the tracking if you don't see it on Backerkit.
I can not contact your local deliverer, so I need you to do so. Each country is different, France is Chrono Post, DE is DHL, UK is parcel force and so on.
FRANCE Nightmare :(
France is our nightmare, Chrono Post states that 1 out of 10 address are wrong or could not deliver in several other cases. We checked all of the reported issues and the address is correct. I thought Italian postal system was horrible, but in France is a real nightmare now. Nothing against France I love the country and been there several times, but the postal system....
