Issue

We just noticed an issue on model AX060. Not sure how we missed it, but the robes on the back of the model are missing. We just sent the factory the corrected model to have printed and an extra 700 copies made. Sorry about it, this may cause an extra small delay. 

Thank you to the backers who have reported the issue before we got the order in.

Slow replies and delays

Sorry for not replying and being absent in these 2 months, unfortunately as many are aware my wife lost her father in September, and Monday her Aunt also passed away. Since her family lives away from us, we had to do extensive travel both to assist her family during such time, and also to solve several bureaucratic issues. This has caused me to fall behind on emails and updates. 

Please be patient I am working on it.

All STL files have been uploaded to Backerkit, just need to add the links and will send them out.

STL file delivery

All sent, it was done in 3 waves, so double check your email or login your backerkit account to see what you got. 

Unfortunately for the warband or both warbands file download may be a bit confused. But working on finding an alternative way of sending the download links. 

Note the email used by backerkit is not the one from the KS but the one you entered in backerkit.

Please be patient, as I said my wife family had to loss (father and aunt) in less than 2 months and we have fallen behind answering emails, at least 9 days behind. We are doing our best to reply to all of you. 

RESIN Update

Resin production is having a small delay, they plan to ship around the 10th/15th of Nov. The Kickstarter grew much higher than expected and our time frame got a bit messed up as we reached almost a 20000 models production. Also COVID has added a few days, as delivery of supplies to the company have got some small delays. As soon as they ship us the models I will post an update, and we will start shipping as soon as we get them. 

We are expecting another lockdown here, from the 9th of Nov to the 9th of December but is not set yet. So crossing fingers.

Good evening guys, finally we have some updates regarding production and delivery of the stl! We have both good and bad news (not very bad, but not good!)

-bad news: the caster told us that he will ship the models to us around mid november instead of now. Why? He had some problems with supplying due to covid and we asked him to increase the quality check on the pieces. Both these factors costed time. Still he sent us some amazing pics of A TINY PART of the production. We are talking of 20k+ models!

-good news: the stl will be delivered this week!

In the meanwhile we are working on the next wave of citizens, that has been postponed accordingly to the delay in shipping. We want you to get the money of the current ks first as usual! Here there are some cool preview images!

Update 10/19/2020 - Production and STL files

Production

Waiting for some images from the factory, but production is almost completed. We are having a few day delay cause the large number of models ordered and minor COVID related issues getting material to the factory, but is only a few days.

STL files

Almost ready for delivery, I am uploading them as I am typing, a few more days, worst case Saturday I hope they will all be sent out. Once uploaded I need to set all the download links and then update the pledge manager to send them out. 

Emails

I replied all emails up to Saturday, in case you did not get an answer maybe your mail got sent to spam, or the address was typed wrong, or I missed it :( please send a new one. Always use [email protected] I will get back to you.  Usually when I make an update I get 40 to 50 emails... so please be patient I will reply.

Address

As soon as the production is ready to ship I will give you 5 days to make address changes and fixes, so no worries, we have time.

Useless Excuses

I understand you may be mad for slow replies, but we had a chain of serious issues in my wife family, including my father in law passing away, and her aunt ending in the hospital at 90 years old for a broken leg. They live 5hrs away and we had to travel a lot to assist them during this bad times. We are also in the process of selling and moving to a new home.  I am doing my best to keep up and posting updates regularly as we always do, but is been hard in the past 2 months.
