Heresylab Status

We have been a bit slow in replying emails and processing orders, but Heresy is undergoing some major changes, at least for us. We just got a new provider for our shipping, all mail now will have tracking and customers will get notices and real time tracking. Took us a few days to implement it on the site and training, we are not done yet but almost there. We have been also looking for an actual store as our production is growing very fast, with over 500 models in the past 2.5 years, space is becoming an issue.

We have been busy, and email responses are a bit slow. Don't worry I am catching up on all of them, most have been replied.

Canada Shipping

Packages were all sent last week from a Canadian Post office, packages should be already there or coming in a few days.

Australia Shipping

Package seems has landed in AU, waiting for it to get to OTP and start shipping. We will post an update on this,.

Shipping to AU and CA

Australia - Still in Milan, been sitting there for almost 3 weeks and not moving :( even if I called several times, seems they are waiting for a flight. Once in AU Emma from OTP Terrain we mail them internally.

Canada - Package seems it was delivered today, waiting for Michael to email us and start shipping the models. More updates coming.

Email

Please don't panic, I am answering tons of emails alone, and had to be out of town for 4 days, got home on Sat night. I am answering as fast as I can. We are a very small company 3 humans and 2 cats for now.

I know there is no excuse, but I am doing my best.
