So what's in this wave? Two new warbands, The Amber Husaria and The Ancient Ones, plus a lot of new citizens! Below some examples. What would you like to see in the next wave? Tell us! As usual, resin and stl available, thanks to our new way of working I was able to test print and paint some of the models (printed on a phrozen sonic mini4k) in order to show you physical models and how stl works at the same time! New bundles available and a lot more! We have some nice surprises for you this time, some of them BIG. As usual free models, ANOTHER KS EXCLUSIVE, a chance to get presupported models for stl lovers and more to come. We'll reveal stuff little by little. And now some pics!

HAPPY NEW YEAR
Happy new year to all of you Backers :)
EMAIL and SHIPPING - READ READ READ!!!!!
Please read again... we got almost 500 emails in 3 weeks. Do not panic, be patient and send "ONLY 1" email....
We had several backers sending 1 email a day for 2 weeks asking for an update. One sent 14.... (you are now my HERO :) and on my black list ha ha, and yes you will get your minis) This is causing a lot of confusion for us, and we are wasting our time double checking each email making answers even slower.
A few points:
1) Send only one email, more email are useless we will reply.
2) Tracking is on Backerkit, write us only if you don't see it.
3) Packages in Milan? Yes we have packages sitting in Milan for over 18 days, is COVID nothing we can do. With no flights mail doesn't move, and we are working on teleport delivery but may take another 50 years to do so.. only option be patient :( don't panic and don't email us. If returned, lost or still there after mid Jan we will send you new models)
4) Fixes, we will take care of all of them as soon as we get the new models in, we ran out of several models and can not fix some of the issues until we get them here, please bare with us and we apologize as post KS sales were crazy... reaching over 1000 orders for this KS.
CANADA and AUSTRALIA
There is no tracking yet, we got several emails asking for it. To avoid you import taxes we sent them to our local helpers in your country, packages are not there yet, once there they will start sending them, and we will post an update.
WINT.. HEM SPRING IS COMING?
February will be a big busy month for us, Giuseppe has been working frenetically in the past month... me too, but he is more important 😂 at least let hem think so... jokes aside. Some crazy models are coming.

"IMPORTANT READ" UPDATE 12/22/2020 - Shipping and reporting

The only way to get an answer is:
Shipping
All courier packages have been sent, and many have been delivered as you can see.
Last batch of Priority Mail is going out tomorrow. Sorry for the delay, but the new regulations implies all Priority Packages to have a CN22 form, but this form is not available. We had a printing factory print them for us...
Time for reporting missing package "NO EXCEPTIONS"
COURIER (7 or more models)
If you had a courier package you have till the 31st of Jan to report it missing. After that date we will no longer be held responsible. If package is returned for non pickup we will send it again but charge shipping again. Each case will be valuated individually.
PRIORITY MAIL (6 or less models)
You have till the 30th of March to report a missing Priority Package, due to COVID mail is very slow, and packages like this may take 14 to 90 days to deliver, is crazy but nothing we can do once in the mail.
If not reported by that date we will no longer replace or fix the issue.
Why we setup dates?
In less than 3 years we did about 25 Kickstarters, and we are still getting emails from KS we shipped back in 2018. We lately discovered that one backer we sent a replacement after over a year, already had got his model, sold them and asked for new ones. We don't want to be rude, but we need to set some rules.
Emails
Please be patient we are now catching up on emails, if you wrote to the above email you will get an answer and a fix to your issue or question. We always do. Holidays are approaching, and we will be off from the 24 to the 26th and from the 31st to the 4th of Jan. In the days between these dates we will reply.
Fixes coming in January....
All fixes to orders delivered, will be sent mid Jan. We ran out of some models, and COVID + Holidays are making it almost impossible to get to the local post office to ship the packages. Mid July we will start sending fixes. Again bear with us, hopefully once we get the new shipping provider things will be much better.

SHIPPING UPDATE
First of all don't panic if I did not respond to your emails yet, we have been quite busy making sure all packages were done. We still need to make our Xmas tree as the living room is a warehouse now.
In about 2 weeks we sorted and prepared 1400 packages and packed over 40000 miniatures.
All packages are ready, we still need to print about 200 waybill and all of them will be out of the door.
PLEASE BE PATIENT WE WILL REPLY!
As we need probably another 3 days to finish, all emails about missing/broken or other issues will be replied after the Xmas vacation. On the 28th. This is the only time of the year were we get to see the rest of the family so bear with us if we take a few days off.
On the 28th if not earlier I will start replying all the emails and fix any issue as we always do. Also I will post deadlines to report issues.
PLEASE FOLLOW THE UPDATES AS THEY ARE IMPORTANT...
Up to date we did everything we could to accommodate late requests, but we discovered a few felons who claimed their packages never arrived after a year from the KS. We sent new packages to fix the issue, but to find later with tracking that they had received it. This is why no exceptions will be made in the future. But don't worry we give wide margins to report any issue, and be assured we will fix it.
