Hello guys, we have received several mails from people that has closed their survey about the reminder mail that we sent yesterday in order to hurry up and close the surveys: IF YOU HAVE ALREADY CLOSED IT DON'T WORRY! We sent to everybody in order to reach also people that doesn't read emails very often, so if you have a friend that hasn't closed the survey you can give him a shout about it. Remember the deadline is 31st of august. As said before we are forced to do that due to covid situation, we have to plan ahead of time and avoid delays in order to deliver the models following the schedule.
PAYPAL PAYMENT METHOD ACCEPTED: yes, now it's even easier to pay, we have added paypal since some people had some problems with credit card.

Good morning guys! Hope you are enjoying the hot weather, sun and beach! Today an importat update that is going to be very important for the logistics and delivery of your models in line with our forecast: pledge manager will close on the 31st of august. We need to do that in order to keep our schedule in line and deliver your models before the next citizens wave, coronavirus doesn't help and we need to be as tight as possible now in order to avoid delays later. So please if you haven't completed your survey do it within this week, help us to keep everything running smoothly, we can make our best to give you the best models possible, but if we don't know how many and where to ship them there is nothing more that we can do! Also we can always recommend to choose courier even for low pledges, due to the situation around the world.
A word about the next citizens wave: we are very happy to see that 90% of the ideas are in line with what I planned during my period in clinic for the hernia operation, this means you guys like my vision and the one from Heresylab and this is an extra reason for give our best both for models and for background of the city. We'll keep you updated soon with more hints about what will be in the next wave, plus there will be a big surprise!
Now let's focus on two amazing models that have now been completed and with an extra addition for free! The ogre with alternate weapon and the Knight on horseback! We feel that these models as early add ons have been missed by a lot of you guys, but we feel they are very cool and they deserve more love! Also if enough knights will be ordered we will do our best to include a cavalry lance for free too!

Hi guys! Another update for you today, regardin the matriarch for the Templars of the Flame and the standard bearer for the Order of the Flaming Lys! As per the poll, the matriarch has 3 heads, the armoured one as a base and the heads H and E as chosen by you! Plus comes with 2 hammers and an optional shield! The banner bearer on the other hand, has the same cuts of the rest of the warband, so you can change his loadout thanks to the extra weapons sprue!
A word about the future of the citizens: plenty of you asked for more citizens miniature non combatants, not everybody collects warbands and so we can say: rejoice! The next wave (that will happen after we ship the models of this kickstarter) will have a theme set in one of the quarters of the city:
The silent district!
A very happy place full of graveyards and mausoleums, that will see several citizens living in that place in addition to two more warbands! We are planning for 10 citizens to start with some stretch goals and some of them are compatible with the existing warbands. Wanna see an ogre farmer? Or a vampire hunter? Some zombies? Only citizens living in the silent district or some related to the Order of the flaming lys (like some pilgrims?) or to the Templars of the flame (more crazy followers or nurses and pirestesses?) Here you have the chance to write down what you'd like to see! As usual we can adjust our schedule to your requests! And now the pictures!

Many emails to reply to
We got several emails asking for clarifications, I will reply all of you as soon as I can get to them. But the majority is asking what is included in the various pledge. I need to apologize if I wasn't clear enough and will try to explain it below:
What will my pledge get?
1 model – 1 model of your choice from the 58 available.
5 models – 5 models of your choice from the 58 available.
10 models – 10 moidels + 3 free models of your choice (13 models) from the 58 available.
Order - AX030 to AX041 + stretch goal AX042, AX043 AX044
Templars - AX048 to AX059 + stretch goal AX046. AX047 and AX060
I WANT THEM ALL – 24 warband models + 28 citizens + 6 free stretch goal models. (58 models) AX001 to AX028, AX030 to AX044, AX046 to AX060.
Add-On models are:
Models AX061, AX062, AX063, AX064, AX065,AX066, AX067, AX068 and AX069 are only Add-On models.
Limited AX029 model:
The only difference is backers who pledged in the first 48 hrs for 1 warband, 2 warband, 10 models and I WANT THEM ALL who will get AX029 limited figure for free added.
STL pledge:
STL are the same as above. Only difference is that get AX067 and AX68 added for free in the I WANT THEM ALL pledge. And 1 warband will get them for the warband. 2 warband will get both sets.

Just launched, in the next hour you should get a link on the email you used on Kickstarter. If you don't first check the SPAM folder, then email us at [email protected] we will fix it.
All other models are to be considered add-on. On most will also state Add-On.
FREE 48hrs model
Is already assigned to your pledge, no need to select him. Check your list is model AX029. If you did a pledge in the first 48hrs and don't see it in your chart email us. Please note only certain pledge level get it or free. All the Early Birds "EB" and the 10 random models.
Knights version
All 5 knights will come with both heads. Check the images they are both shown.
How much time do you have?
15th of September, on this date we will close the pledge manager. But it may be delayed a few extra days.
