Shipping Update

We did another 250+ packages between yesterday and today. 

We hope to have them all in the mail before the end of the week. 

This si 50% of the ones going to Germany...

Shipping Status

The majority of the packages are ready. We hope to get them all in the mail by the end of the week.

We noticed that a few backers did not appear on the pledge manager report. 

We are looking to identify such backer, and will post an update about them. 

What to do if you have issues with your order

If you get the package and have issues please contact us only by email at the below address.

We will not follow or reply any question sent via Backerkit, Kickstarter messaging, other email, wechat, whatsapp and any other apart from the email below. 

We got many messages incoming and if we do not use only one email we will get confused and your problem may not be fixed,

Shipping Progress

All the UK packages got sent, all the USA packages got sent or are waiting to be picked up. 

Sweden and Poland are ready and will depart Monday.

More updates coming.

First of all: shipping has started! Today we Have completed the shippings to UK, in order to avoid problems due to Brexit. If you are eligible for tracked shipping (see previous update) check backerkit for tracking! See proof for packaging below
