Shipping Update
All UK packages are done and shipped.
We gave precedence to the UK as we are unsure of the Brexit consequences. If you have 7 or models in the order please check your BACKERKIT pledge. In the notes there is a tracking number. (EB123456789IT format) please in a few days insert it in the Parcel Force UK website and track your delivery.

Due to COVID mail its a bit crazy. We had several Address Incorrect, and many many not delivered or were a note was not left. Please track your package to make sure when is coming. Contact Parcel Force UK for details.
US Orders are beeing done.
US orders usualy take longer to deliver and with the holidays we wanted to make sure or at least try to deliver the package to you before Xmas holidays. Australia and Canada will be done as soon as we get the misisng boxes in. As we need to merge all orders to avoid import taxes for such countries.
After the US is done, we will do NON European countries due to longer shipping time, Europe will be the last one as delivery should be done in less than 7 working days.
We are doing our best to get them out as soon as we can, as we understand many of you wil llike them before the holidays.

I never used Backerkit as a backer.. so I get to see only the admin side of the orders.
If you are in the UK can you tell me the following?
1) Did you get an email when I marked the pledge FULLFILLED?
2) Did you get a mail when I uploaded the tarcking in the Notes?
3) Can you tell me how to check the notes on Backer Kit? Maybe providing screen shots?
I will like to post a step by step visual guide for backer to track their packages.

Most models are in..
We just received yesterday evening 18 of the 27 boxes we were expecting. Not all models are here, but with the stock we have we are capable of filling most of the orders, so we decided to start.
I will post some images tomorrow or following days. All I can say is that details are amazing O_o and the Shrine is now one of my favorite... well got many favorite.
UK FIRST!
We decided to give precedence to UK orders due to the Brexit, we want to make sure they get delivered as fast as we can. Following will be AU and CA as they will be sent then sorted in country. More will come.
Yes we just launched GREATER GOD KS, I know 99% of you are not in Sci Fi models, but wanted to share. Also this wil be our first KS with pre supported files.

Models Incoming
DHL states 1 Dec, we already paid customs, so next week we should start sending the packages.
If you have 1 to 3 miniatures you will not get a tracking number.
Any order with more than 3 models will get a tracking number in Backerkit message. Please make sure to check it once we state your country has been mailed.
Tracking number will be similar to: EB123456789IT with EB starting and ending in IT.
What you need to do? Well just wait :) but to be 100% sure do the following steps:
1) Go to www.poste.it and insert your track number in the Cerca Spedizioni
You will get an update like this:
Presa in carico means: Picked Up In Transito: In transit and you can see what city is in. In Consegna: Outt for delivery.
2) Once in your country you can check with the following sites inserting the tracking number:
USA - USPS.com
UK - Parcel Force UK
Spain - Correros
Germany - DHL
France - Chrono Post France
Netehrlands - NL Post
Once in your country go to your national mail system site, and insert the code.
3) Make sure to follow it, as with COVID they are not leaving notices, and if not picked up within 15 days it will get sent back to us.
We will not be responsible for returned packages if no pickup is done. We will charge shipping again if this happens.

Production has been shipped
The models were picked up by the courier on Friday the 20th, and are now in route to us.
We hope to get them before the end of the month, so we can start fulfilling the orders as fast as we can. We will love to deliver them all before Christmas. As the first week of December we plan to launch our last KS for the year. Greater Gods are coming...
Delay
We apologize as we had over a month delay on these 2 Kickstarters. Unfortunately my wife family suffered 2 losses in less than 2 months, that caused us to do extensive travel to assist her family.
And COVID has delayed in minor way both shipping and production due to the difficulties the factory had to face with labor and acquiring supplies. We are back on track.
Pledge Manager
The pledge manager is open till Friday, then will be closed for good. Please make sure you have completed your pledge. We will not postpone other rewards for a few backers. Backers who fail to complete their survey will get a credit to be spent on our store. Refunds can be done (only for extreme cases), but we will deduct both fees, taxes and handling of the required paperwork, this means probably over 50% of the pledge if not more.
Shipping & Tracking
First wave of models will be sent to Australia were OTP terrain will handle the shipping for us oconus, this will allow us to pay for import taxes on your end, and will save you quite some $$$. Canada will be the second batch, we are still searching for a volunteer to receive and ship out the packages for us. UK will be the 3rd batch due to Brexit, followed by the USA and World, last will be Europe.
All packages that are sent via courier we are 99% sure will be delivered before Xmas, once shipped, we will upload the tracking number on Backerkit, (an email from backerkit will be sent) please follow the tracking on poste.it, and later with your nation mail system. USA will be USPS, France ChronoPost, UK Parcelforce, Netherlands Poste NL, DE will be DHL, Spain Correroros, not sure what are the other countries. Is you responsibility to check for the package. 2 or more emails will be sent out, and in many cases we noticed that postal system will not leave a tab informing the customers of the missed delivery, thus having the package returning to us. Once you get the email stating the package is ready for delivery if you have issues please contact us at: [email protected]
Priority Mail Shipping
Smaller orders will go out with Priority Mail and no tracking, this is for the smaller orders. These packages I can not guarantee delivery before Christmas, as the COVID situation has slowed down mail in a sensitive way.
Next Updates
Next update will be sent out each time a country or state has been mailed. And we will post a final date for reporting non delivery of goods.

First of all I will like to thanks all the backers who emailed me with their condolences. It was much appreciated.
Some updates:
Production
We had a few unexpected issues coming up in the past months so we may be 1 month late on scheduled shipping. I will like to apologize with it, but we are doing our best to catch up.
Mainly the loss of my wife Father and Aunt (second Mom) caused us to do some extensive travel and I did not have all the time to follow production as I wanted to. Then the KS went higher than expected, this means that we had to cast over 20000 miniatures instead of the 10000 we planned. Last we discovered a miniature defect, and now we had to cast 900 new models of it.
Production should be ready to ship by the 20th of Nov. Once here it will go in the mail as fast as we can.

Thank you to all the STL backers who have noticed the error in model AX060, you made us a great favor as we did not detect the issue until you pointed it out.
STL with issues
2 models had issues, AX060 and one missing an arm. We will upload them today or tomorrow and they will be in your shared folder. I will post an update when done.
